ROLE PURPOSE

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company across Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Trade, and Support Services, ensuring that all departments, projects, staff, contractors, suppliers, and operational activities run efficiently and according to company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and supervise daily company operations.

- Monitor real estate and construction project activities and ensure timely execution.

- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, staff, and service providers.

- Monitor operational budgets, resources, materials, and expenses.

- Improve processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.

- Ensure projects and business units meet company targets.

- Monitor staff performance and departmental activities.

- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for Management/CEO.

- Identify operational problems and provide practical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.

- Coordinate effectively with the CEO, Project Manager, Finance, HR, Marketing, and other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations Management.

- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Trading, or a multi-business environment is strongly preferred.

- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of budgeting, procurement, inventory, and project coordination.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

- Knowledge of ERP, inventory, or business management systems is an added advantage.

- Must be highly organized, proactive, accountable, and able to work under pressure.
