Create your employer account in minutes. There is no registration fee.
Step 2
Search remote workers who have marked themselves available, by skill, experience and country.
Step 3
On the day you hire, pay one month's salary plus a 10% platform fee. We hold the salary for your staff member.
Step 4
Post daily, weekly or monthly tasks. Your staff member sees them in their dashboard and submits the work.
Step 5
Each month runs from the day you paid. We email you before the next salary is due.
Step 6
Salaries are released to your staff at the end of each month of work. You do not need to manage payouts.
Salaries are paid to Auxi Sherpa in advance on the day you hire, held for the month, and released to your staff member at the end of each month of work. Every salary payment includes a 10% platform fee. Registration is free.
Example: a monthly salary of $500 means you pay $550 on the day you hire ($500 salary + $50 platform fee).
