YouTube Money membership terms

1. What YouTube Money is

YouTube Money is an independent creator-growth service. It provides education, structured growth plans, video reviews, tools, services and information about creator income opportunities.

It is not a YouTube product and it is not a partner, agent or representative of YouTube or Google.

2. No income or monetization promise

Nothing in this platform is a promise of income, subscribers, views, watch hours or acceptance into the YouTube Partner Programme.

Results depend on your own content, your consistency and decisions made by YouTube, which we do not control.

3. Legitimate growth only

We do not provide, arrange or reward subscriber exchanges, watch-for-watch arrangements, purchased subscribers, purchased watch hours, bot traffic, click manipulation or any other artificial engagement.

Attempting to use the platform to organise such activity ends your membership without refund.

4. Membership and payment

Membership is paid in advance for a fixed period and does not renew automatically. When the period ends, member features close until you pay again.

Your records, reports, points and channel history remain in your account whether or not your membership is active.

Prices are displayed in dollars by default and may be viewed in naira. Payment is taken in the currency you select at checkout.

5. Services and orders

Creator services are bought separately from membership. Delivery times shown are working estimates from the point at which we have everything we need from you.

Where a service depends on information or access you must provide, delays in providing it extend the delivery time.

6. Points, challenges and rewards

Points are awarded only for legitimate creator activity and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged between members.

Rewards, thresholds and point values are set by us and may change. Redemptions are subject to availability.

7. Privacy between members

There is no member directory and no member-to-member messaging. Your profile, channel figures, email address, orders and activity are visible only to you and to authorised members of our team.

Where an opportunity requires collaboration, we act as the intermediary and share only the minimum information required, with your agreement.

8. Your channel information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the channel figures you enter. We use them to shape your plan, your score and your progress history.

We never ask for your YouTube password. If a future version of the platform offers a direct connection to your channel, it will use secure authorisation you can withdraw at any time.

9. Conduct

Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not attempt to reach other members outside the platform through it.

We may suspend or end a membership that breaches these terms.

10. Opportunities and third parties

Creator opportunities, recommended tools and affiliate programmes are provided by third parties on their own terms. We may earn a commission when you use a recommended tool.

We are not responsible for the products, payments or conduct of any third party.

11. Support

Support is provided through the platform's support area and by email. We aim to answer every message, and priority is given by membership level and urgency.

12. Changes

We may improve, add or withdraw features, and we may change prices, thresholds and point values. Material changes take effect from your next membership period.

13. Ending your membership

You can stop at any time by not paying for a further period. We may end a membership for a breach of these terms or where required by law.

Amounts already paid for a period that has begun are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the platform is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for lost revenue, lost audience, channel penalties or decisions made by YouTube.
