Make Money membership terms

1. What Make Money is

Make Money is an information and education membership. Each day we share ideas, strategies, lessons and opportunities about legitimate ways people can potentially earn money.

Make Money shares ideas, strategies and opportunities for information and education only. No income is promised or guaranteed. Any result depends entirely on your own effort, skill, market conditions and decisions. Tasks and client campaigns, where available, are additional value and are never guaranteed.

2. Membership and payment

Membership costs $3 per month when paying in US dollars, or ₦1,000 per month when paying in Nigerian naira. You select your currency at checkout and the amount and currency you paid are recorded on your account.

Membership runs for one month from the date your payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically. You renew from your dashboard whenever you choose to continue.

Access to daily ideas, the library and the wallet features is available while your membership is active.

3. Registration and referral code

A valid referral code is required to register. This can be another member's code or the official code issued by Auxi Sherpa.

You must give accurate details. Each person may hold one membership account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended and any related earnings removed.

4. Referral earnings

You earn ₦200 for every person who joins using your referral code and completes a verified paid membership. During the launch period, the first 1,000 members earn ₦300 per verified paid referral instead. Once those places are filled, the standard rate applies to everyone.

Commission is only paid on payments that are confirmed as successful. Nothing is paid on unpaid, failed, cancelled, reversed, refunded, duplicated or fraudulent sign-ups, and self-referrals are not permitted.

If a payment is later reversed, refunded or found to be fraudulent, the related commission may be removed from your wallet.

5. Wallet and withdrawals

Your referral earnings are held in your Make Money wallet. You may request a withdrawal once your balance reaches ₦20,000.

Withdrawals are paid to the bank details you provide. Please check them carefully — we cannot recover money sent to details you entered incorrectly.

Requests are reviewed before payment. If a request is rejected, the amount is returned to your wallet and the reason is shown to you.

6. Tasks and client campaigns

Where paid tasks or client campaigns are available, they are additional value offered from time to time. They are not the core product, they are not guaranteed, and no minimum volume of tasks is promised.

7. Content and adverts

All ideas, lessons and materials shared inside Make Money are for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Some content and emails may include clearly labelled sponsored adverts. An advert is not a recommendation, and any dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.

8. Your information and consent

We collect your name, email, phone number and payment records to run your membership. Your wallet, referrals and questions are private to you and to our administrators.

Sharing your contact details with partners or advertisers is entirely optional and separate from joining. You choose it during registration and you can change it at any time in your settings.

9. Conduct and suspension

Accounts using fake details, manipulated referrals, automated sign-ups or abusive behaviour may be suspended, and affected earnings may be removed.

We may adjust a wallet balance where a payment behind a commission was not genuinely confirmed.

10. Changes and contact

Prices, referral rates and these terms may change. Any change is shown on this page and applies from the date it is published.
